This building was sold for $165,000 in 2016 and its offered now for $695,000 although no work seems to have been done. I love the architecture and the view - but I believe all the floors except the bottom have been gutted.

Has anyone been inside? Any reason its worth more now than in 2016?

Incredible architecture. There's a radio station on street level still I believe where the Wheeling Jamboree is held. Yodeling Dick Brooks has a weekly show. This guy is a hoot with Country music roots back to 1955.

Glad the building was saved. That's a huge profit I doubt the seller will get.
