There is the village of West Wheeling, OH which is between Bellaire and Bridgeport Ohio. It is across the river from South Wheeling (district). It is small, but was once larger before most of it was removed for an expressway. It is maybe 2 miles south of Downtown Wheeling.

My great Aunt and Uncle owned an amazing old home there. Man I'd do anything to buy it if it was still around. Bulldozers wrecked it for another dumb road.
