How would you compare Vienna with Bridgeport and Elkins? Bridgeport/Clarksburg seem to tick off the boxes for us but Vienna sounds interesting. And I really like Elkins.

They are all actually nice towns, but very different than each other. Bridgeport is the most affluent of the three. There are plenty of big bucks folks living there working mostly in the aerospace industries or at the FBI facility. Some also commute to good jobs in Fairmont and Morgantown. Vienna is a good solid middle class town located just north of Parkersburg. It is mostly a bedroom community … safe and secure. Elkins is a small northern Appalachian town with a small college as the focal point. It is located near the High Alleghenies, and thus offers excellent outdoor amenities. It has a blended rural character.

You couldn't go wrong locating in any of the three communities.

You make a great case for Elkins. The others too but Elkins sounds like what I want.

Appreciate that. I'll eventually get my wife out there for a look and if I can convince her then will definitely have some questions.
