Questions about safety of two areas in martinsburg (safe, race)

How safe is the area of E Race Street and Avery Street in Martinsburg? How about the area where Bad Habits Bar & Grill in Martinsburg is?

Call city cops they can tell u what troubles are in area. I not seen any thing in the paper about trouble in those areas. Nor heard anything around town.

I would lean more toward Bad Habits area, if those are the only two options.
