Would like to know about the various areas in WV.
I live about an hour from Philly right now.
I have a child, farm animals and 13 acres.
I want to be close to a place with restaurants, grocery store, feed store etc - under 30 minutes.
I want to know what kind of wild animals I might encounter and in which areas.
Prefer to stay at least an hour away from big cities and tourist areas.
The closer to PA the better because child's father lives in Philly.
What areas are more farm friendly?
That's a massive question. What areas of West Virginia are you considering? What's your budget? About half the state is "close to PA" so that doesn't narrow it down much.
