Just found out on weird America website, there was a “numbers station” operating with KDKA radio station. Even heard from US Navy vets, they heard KDKA out of Groton Ct., anyone ever heard of this?

I think KDKA was out of Pittsburgh.

Not really. Grew up in Weirton, KDKA was one of three or four stations, depending on tv antenna orientation and the weather. 1950s and 1960s.
