Hi. I was looking online at apartment ratings.com and saw a couple of complaints about the Waterford Village Apartments. Most recent one is from 8/31/08.
Does anyone in this forum live in the Waterford Village and if so what is your opinion on them? How helpful is the staff? Maintenance? Crime in the complex? Family friendly?
I have never lived there but I had a couple of co-workers who did and they really liked it from what they told me. The company is still working on more buildings for the complex so that seems to be the biggest complaint is the noise from that. I've never heard about any serious crime there so I'm not sure what that's about. All I can say is that they are very nice apartments(from outside appearance), in a convenient area and still growing. There are a few other luxury condos going in right now but they are all under construction and wouldn't be much help to you right now.

I would have lived there but I did not even want to think about driving from there to Marshall's campus everyday. Just wasn't worth it.
