We are considering a residency position for Wheeling, WV. I'd love to know more about the city, community, schools, real estate/apartments, activities for children, and the bad...crime, etc. Any information will be helpful.

Where would you recommend living. I have 2 small children. Both will be attending elementary school later on. What is the best elementary school? Where should I live? Is it possible to get a job as an elementary teacher? My wife is GA certified.
