Just about every house in Grafton must have been built by the same guy. They all have a big slant in the front of them.

I'm strongly considering placing my vacation home on the market. It's located at 324 Yates Ave, Grafton, WV. If you're interested let's talk.

Remember the Rules of Renting:

1. Copy photo ID's of those who will live in the dwelling.
2. Run a Credit Check on the prospective renters.
3. Get previous landlord address and contact him.
4. Collect entire Security Deposit with first months rent.
5. Make sure Lease Agreement is in writing and states everything agreed too.
6. If rental has furniture or appliances, take down serial numbers and photos
7. Take video of condition of the premises inside and out and date that video.
8. Do onsite inspection at least once a month.
