Well, this just s***cks.

March 16 article:
Workforce West Virginia reports the state's unemployment rate in February hit a seven-year high.

...........unemployment rate was 7.5 percent, up from January's 6.2 percent.

...........is the highest for the state since February 2003, when it hit 7.2 percent.

...........10,200 state residents lost their jobs in February.
............The biggest declines were in construction, manufacturing, mining and logging

You would think mining would be doing OK. Can't help but wonder how Obama's plans including the proposed Cap and Trade have affected mining.

Little ole Boone County - good for them.

Guess it could be worse - and probably will be before the US economy is straightened out.
