And even if they did, those regulations, are really just socialism anyway. The government needs to get out of the way of business and let them do what they know best. Make money.

Mylan claims no harm done but check out this lawsuit from June of last year for some of their meds to prevent CHF actually causing it or even death because it was 2 times the dose it was supposed to be. This could get real ugly.

Heh...I love it when lawyers try to describe the pathophysiology of anything...freakin morons...

Not to defend Mylan, but I'm not buying this. Dig has such a narrow therapeutic window that if entire lots were screwed up and DOUBLED the dose, there would have been a whooooole bunch of people getting sick, not just a few here and there.

But what do I know...
