We are soon to be retiring and want to find a small cabin or older home with acreage in West Virginia.. mainly wooded with Privacy... No new subdivisions, just out in the sticks. Creek or Stream desirable with access to property from road. Have cash for the most part.. No realators.. just private.. Must be secluded with at least 5 or more acres.. I have an uncle with a nice cabin on the Ohio River near Mt. Alto just west of Ripley. He may be willing to sell.
