I'm not sure when exactly this sign went up but the dirt around the posts looks fresh. It's been years since the Tastee Freeze shut down and was since converted to the Dominos Pizza

Edit: I guess I should have phrased that "New DQ coming to Shepherdstown."

It's probably a DQ Grill and Chill,

but from the sign, it looks like a regular DQ, with their outdated logo.

Elkview recieved the first Grill & Chill in the state a couple years ago, it's nice

At first, they had little realtor signs with the DQ logo on them about a year ago. They dissapeared and I was worried that DQ had scrapped the new location.

Now, the new sign is up. I don't know what the time table is - like I said, there have been signs up off and on for about a year now.

I'm looking forward to this... I would love to have a new place to get food (and an occasional ice cream cone) nearby.

It's a good chain, I don't like the one in Elkview though because the workers are un-sanitary
