There are actually two gay bars in the Morgantown area. Vice Versa is the biggest/main bar which is located downtown, there is also a bar called Wezzies in Star City. If you get bored of that scene you can always hit up a breeder bar.. ha ha or head down to Charleston or Huntington for other gay bars. I'll give you links to their sites so you can check them out. I've never actually been out in Charleston but in Huntington... well they don't even ID me anymore.. ha ha Just about every town of decent size has at least one gay bar in it... Elkins even has Journeys to an extent. Huntington has Stonewall Club, Jackhammer, Polo Club, and the Thirsty Whale is an alternative bar that is gay friendly.

Generally speaking the best gay scenes are in Huntington and Morgantown due to us college kids.. we just don't care... ha ha Charleston also has a small pride festival and parade during the summer and next summer we are working on starting one here in Huntington. So its not all that bad for gays here, its not great mind you, but take your piece. Help change peoples attitudes and misconceptions.
