It wouldn't surprise me. A lot of Hallmarks have been going out of business as of late. People just don't want to spend $5 on a piece of cardboard anymore.

Marshalls from what I understand (correct anyone me if I'm wrong) will be to the left of Kohl's at Potomac Marketplace.

Home2 is a newer hotel chain by Hilton. It's very hip and contemporary.

I heard from my barber that Marshalls pulled out. If you want new retail development it is in Berkeley County. Not Jefferson.

You would think the casino would want to help the area to bring more people out there. Why can't this they start developing the Potomac center with the plans for the movie theater. Connect it to the casino as well with easy access to it.

the people in charge of this center must be terrible!!!!!! the is no reason you can't get stores like Marshall's , TJ Maxx, Ross or many other retail in Jefferson with a growing population. it shouldn't be hard to get a movie
theatre or some more restaurants either.

If one goes by the talk that The Martinsburg area gets whatever Winchester and Hagerstown gets, one can guess and hope that could be extended to Ranson since the Bob Evans in Martinsburg is still going strong. It looks like it could be a good fit for that side of the street too. Here's to wishing
