lol...for $300k, you could get a house in Greenmont where all of the town's physicians live. Housing prices are very, very reasonable in the Mid-Ohio Valley. I'd suggest Vienna. They have the best elementary and middle school statistically with test scores. The older kids go to Parkersburg High, which is a GREAT public high school. Here's an example of what you could get for $300k. That house would cost like $550,000 in Morgantown...

If you have kids, staying at Ohio could not be a bad option.

$300k for that house? That floor plan was terrible IMHO. And who would want a driveway that steep?

I agree with silk

...look at the 'days on the market (180)...and I'm wondering if a few goats go with it to keep the grass cut?

Should have used the bucket truck to take the pic...would have looked level...they do that in Morgantown.

In the business, we would call that house a 'nail job.

That house is not a good example of what $300,000 will buy in WV. You can get a WHOLE lot more house than that.

That house looks like it could be very close to the fellow that won 2nd place in the national Christmas lights contest. Heated driveway?
