Does anyone know any good sites or places to advertise a house for sale in the Weston area. Im looking at trying to get a quick sale even if its sold well below market value. Ive done a search for sites looking for people wanting land contracts etc but nothing really pops up for this area of WV.

Is your house listed? Has a Realtor done a market evaluation (free service)for you or have you found out how the market is right now due to the economy and time of year? Posting to Craigs list is free but you get a lot of spam in your replys.It is good for 30 days anyway. If you want to see what is currently for sale around you go to www.findwvrealestate.com This is the MLS website.
I am in agent in Buckhannon and would be gald to help if I can.

Try Your Bulletin Board...

A friend was getting little help from the realtor he had listed his home with because it was out in the country. None of the agents could spare the gasoline to show it.

He advertised it in the bulletin board and sold it 3 weeks later to a move-in teacher from out of state.

It is a regional publication done weekly...

just google it up...your bulletin board
