Eagle's Nest Cam is back for 2010
Conservation: EagleCam | Outdoor Channel

Last year we watched the birth, growth, and first flights, of the WV born Eagle, dubbed Flyboy by members of this forum.

Link to the 2009 post:

The adults have been busy working on the nest and some work was recently done on the camera. I think I preferred the camera angle they had last year, but I won't complain, I'm happy to see it continue.

I forgot to give credit to debey for reminding me about the camera this year.

Sorry Kwhit, if I'd read the old post again I might have seen that you picked the name.

Hint: Little Kanawha and Ohio rivers.

There were no eggs a few days ago, I'd say it's a little early.

They are both sitting in the nest right now. According to the text below the video stream the eggs are laid in early February....shouldn't be too long now but it looks awfully cold up in that tree to care for eggs.....but then again...penguins hatch them on the ice so what do I know??!!

There's a good program about Eagles on WOUB, PBS, right now, it's been on a couple of times in the past week.
