My ex lives in Marshall County near Wheeling and worked as a nurse in
Pittsburgh. It's a fairly easy commute, but 'burgh traffic can be
an issue during rush hour. Of course, it is that way for people who live
there too. It is not unusual for folks to make the commute.
Yeah nurses have it made with their 12 hour shifts they can make good money in Pittsburgh and only have to drive up there 3 or 4 times a week. God I wish I could stand the medical field, it's like the only freakin decent jobs in WV unless you have a relative that can get you into the mines. I agree about Station Square it's a nice place to take a date I love the Hard Rock Cafe (good wings!). The Southside is ok too but all the congestion, college crowd, and traffic gets old if you want a more laid back atmosphere. Station Square has a classier feel to it Southside is where you go if you wanna get smashed on $1.50 drafts.
