Hi All!

I will soon be moving from Morgantown to the Mineral/Hampshire county area. Got a job in Cumberland, but want to stay in WV. I'm looking for temporary housing until I can buy a house - does anyone know of places out there within 30 mins of Cumberland that will do a month to month rental? Or maybe a 3 month lease?

Any suggestions on a good trailer park? Another option I'm looking into is trying to find a used trailer to buy until I can find a house.

Thanks!

If you are really interested and have references. I have a double wide in Paw Paw that is listed for sale but may be willing to do a short term lease. It is furnished. There is no cable/satellite or Internet connection, I have had the phone disconnected. If you want more information you can pm me.

Paw Paw is in Morgan County and about 33 miles from Cumberland, straight down Rt. 9.

This is not in a park, it is sitting on 2 acres.

Try the Mineral Daily News, the local Keyser newspaper. It is on line and has several rental listings available. They have phone numbers so you can call and see if they'll take a month to month or short term. Since it is February, they may jump at a short term so it will be available in the Spring for people who are waiting for school to be out before they move. Keyser is a great little town, I was born on a farm near town, graduated KHS, and still have family there.
