Twin Oaks subdivision near Grafton..

If your MOS was a high security job you can apply for the FBI or be a subcontractor to the Army here.

Dept of Natural Resources is a Nepotistic field...but some companies are looking for water management people...try Consol Energy...Dominion or Hope Gas...

Gas well drilling is being done at an incredible pace here and many coal mining companies are looking for water quality management people...

Also the NCTC National Conservation Training Center near Shepherdstown, may have a position that would work for you. I don't know that this area is rural enough for you though. It's usually a trade off; more rural equals lower cost of living and fewer & lower paying jobs.

Could probably concentrate on Consol, since they are buying out Dominion to try and offset predicted losses in the coal industry.
