Thinking of moving to Elmsford

From what I have heard the academic aspect is not good. Might be those other issues as well, but I'm not sure.

Moving from NYC to Elmsford is just FAIL on so many levels.

We live in Avalon Green in Elmsford and are very happy! They have a shuttle to the Tarrytown metro north station - every 20 or 30 mins. in the morning/night. Our son goes to Dixson (PK-1 school) and again, we are very happy! The student-teacher ratio is very low (w/a full-time aide) - he is thriving! We are actually thinking of buying in/staying in Elmsford.
