Eastchester pre-school (New Rochelle, Bronxville, Tuckahoe: chapel, preschools, live)

We are moving to Eastchester in the next month and am looking for preschools and possibly a 2 yr old program. I have spoken to the Woodlot Christian school and am wondering if anyone has any personal information about the school. I do not know anyone in the Eastchester area and do not have anyone to ask about schools. Does anyone have any recommendations on other schools close to Eastchester or this school in particular??

My kids attended Chapel School in Bronxville and we had a good experience there. It's a Lutheran School but we're not Lutheran. I have friends who've sent their kids to Woodlot and like it.

Hi....I live on the Eastchester/Tuckahoe line....just wanted to welcome you to the area! I have 2 children with one being 2 yrs old so Id love to see what ppl have to say about the preschools in the area!

You also have Lincoln Academy on Woodlot Road - don't quote me but I think there was a falling out between the people involved in Woodlot hence the split.

My neighbour's child (and my neighbour) seem very happy with Lincoln - although it's only been a week. My own 4 year old is doing pre K down the road at Immaculate Conception and even though she's only been there three days I would recommend it.

Weekday Nursery School of Christ Methodist Church is on North Ave in New Rochelle, right near the Eastchester border. We had an excellent experience with them and highly recommend. Good luck.
