Any advice on Pelham? (Madison: real estate, rental, pre-schools)

Planning to relocate to NY early next year with young family. 3 kids under 5 so looking for good Pre-schools and Kindergarten.

Also want to the commute under an hour door to door (working near Madison Square Garden).

Trying to reserch different areas and Pelham sounds like a nice area for schools and easy commute into GCS.

Any advice on area, school, and rental real estate would be great.

Planning on a budget of $3500 for rental and would like walking distance to metro north station.

Have you considered Long Island? That commute will get you straight to Madison Square Garden/Penn Station.
