Townhouse Communities in Lower Westchester? (Yonkers, New Rochelle: rentals, co-op, to buy)

Hi All - I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom townhouse in lower Westchester - Eastchester, Scarsdale, Pelham, Ardsley -perhaps even Yonkers, New Rochelle or Tuckahoe. I am open to other areas as welll depending on the price of the rental. Can anyone point me to a site which has a listing of townhouse communities in Westchester? I've done several google searches and cannot find a concise listing of townhome communities to research. Ultimately, I may be looking to buy a townhome, but in the interim, I'd like to rent and try it out first. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

There isn't a site that I know of that does only a certain type of property. Typically, you need to go to one of the popular MLS sites that has all types (there are several that focus on Westchester) and put in search filters. In the towns you mentioned, you should be able to find 2 bdrm rentals mostly in co-op buildings that allow the owner of the unit to rent. Of course, there are rentals that aren't in the MLS, and those are typically found thru CL, Pennysavers, bagel shop bulletin boards, etc...
