Just wondering if anyone lives in this neighborhood? If you do how is it?
Thanks

I don't live there, but my in-laws do.

Park Hill is very beautiful, safe, peaceful and the homes are stately and well maintained. Since there is little turnover, most people live there for a long time, and tend to know their neighbors. My sister-in-law has known most of her neighbors for many years, and they socialize and watch out for each other.

Is that near Park Avenue Terrace off Roberts Avenue? If so its a cool neighborhood (not for me though) with very very steep hills.

Thanks - Just wanted to make sure it was worth driving out to see it! If the neighborhood is tight and friendly it might be an option and have the kids go to private school.
:-)

Its a nice neighborhood for the most part, there's a huge economic and demographic shift towards where Park Hill Ave heads towards School Street (as well as at the very south end part of park hill ave as well). It be best to keep your children away from there, but other than that the neighborhood is very nice and as mentioned the hills are pretty steep.
