We are planning to move to Armour Villa area. We'd love to be prepare on what we should be looking out for. Is Armour Villa in flood zone area? I called Yonkers office a couple time but could never get through.

Any comment or advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

I live in Armour Villa and as far as I know it is not a flood zone. It does have its share of older homes whose basements flood after 3 to 4 inches of rain so you really want to be careful about what you buy.
