I am planning a day trip to NYC from Scarsdale on a weekday. This will be my first trip out of a Westchester train station. Is it easy to find parking at the station? How long can I park in a metered parking spot and how much can I expect to pay for 6-8 hrs of parking?
Thanks

the metered spots are are limited to 1 hr.
there are 2 parking lots right by the station. there is the large frieghtway facility and then a smaller one in the CVS building. no clue how much either costs, but gotta be cheaper then the city.

There are 12 hr meters on Scarsdale Ave in Eastchester. My husband parks there every day. I believe you need to feed the meter until 6:00PM

I think there are also 12 hour meters at the Hartsdale station, but they tend to fill up quickly in the morning.
