Parking at Mamaroneck train station? (house, licensed, distance)

Hello,

Is there parking available at the Mamaroneck train station?
My husband and I have an accepted offer on a house in Mamaroneck. It is within walking distance to the train, but I know there are days where we will want to drive (those cold winter mornings)! We would most likely take a late 7 am/early 8am train out of the station.

Parking is ok - there's the offical MNR licensed vendor lot (right next to the platforms) and then there's the village parking lots (Just a bit further). Last time I checked (about 2 mos ago) there was no wait list for village parking.
