Any realtors or anyone else who may have a heads up on what is coming next to 5 Guys in White Plains?

There's a storefront that's their construction office and it had some drawings of what it's going to look like. It looks like a hotel or small apartment building (didn't look to be more than ten stories). On the lower level was to be a restaurant. I seem to recall reading somewhere that it was going to be a Mexican restaurant, I want to think it was a chain...

I would also like to know. That old building they just demolished used to be an old grocery store that's been closed since 1997 and had sat vacant all this time. Glad to see something is finally being done.

I think a Chipotle burrito place and a yogurt shop are going on the ground floor, Planet Fitness is moving to the second floor, and a 6-10 story hotel is going up on top of that.

I appreciate the responses, but I was talking about the empty store that is right next door to 5 guys. You guys are talking about the new retail construction which isn't what I was asking about.

I don't know, but it'd be nice if that bagel shop or book store that got bought out came back. In general it'd be nice to see a regular independent/mom and pop business there.

I have no clue what's going to be there, but it's a good thing they tore down the old a&p. That was a real eyesore.

That Five guys gets a lot of foot traffic for some mediocre food...
