Heating Oil- Price Lock or Cap (prices, shop, deals)

hey everyone,

does anyone know of any good heating oil companies that service northern westchester and offer a price lock or price cap? i figure now would be a good time to take advantage of lower oil prices.

We shop around every year. For us, the days of company loyalty are over. In the last 5 years we have used three different oil companies. This was due largley to price, and contracts. The oil companies will do their best to trick you, then keep you. LOL my wife always gets call backs of better deals when we walk away. We have always gone with locked in rates, caps in this market IMO arent good.

What about good oil companies in southern Westchester? I have used Valley Oil for years...but they refused to lock in a price last few years and people tell me Valley Oil is one of the most expensive companies in this area..I'm looking for cheaper oil than Valley offers.
