I own in a nice, run of the mill the co-op (no doorman). I moved in mid April.
My porter and super are very good and have been helpful, I have tipped them throughout the year.
What would a normal tip be? Do I pay any less because I was there less then a full year?
This is the first place I have ever owned, I've only been a renter in the city. I assume owners should tip more then renters?
