Does anyone know of Apartment complexes in Westchester that allows large dogs?
Or can anyone give me opinions on Avalon Green in Elmsford or Scarsdale Fairway in Hartsdale.

I am new to the area and looking for an apartment asap. I appreciate any help people can give.
