Early Childhood Center at Sarah Lawrence College (preschool, teachers)

Does anyone know anything about this school? Everything I have read online sounds great (except the almost non-existent schedule for the threes) but I'd like some first hand knowledge.

Hi! I am the director of the program. I would love to chat with you...We have morning Threes programs on MWF and TTH as well as a mixed age older threes/young fours in the afternoon...We are currently in our enrollment period. Let me know if there is anything else I can tell you.

Did you wind up sending your child there, and if so, how did/do you like it? I have a 20 month old now, and am currently researching a good preschool that has a "two's" program. ECC seems wonderful, but I would like more firsthand information from families that have sent their children there.

I sent one child there. The facilities were excellent. The teachers were good. The director was great. The students thought that they know a lot more than they did. (What else is new about college students?) Sometimes you can end up with a bunch of parents who are way too precious, though. I pulled my child. My child did much better in a more down-to-earth atmosphere. But, most other people I know with children have loved it and have had children who thrived. I had a weird group of parents according to all accounts.
