tree care in northern westchester (New Rochelle, Yorktown: house, landscaping, cheapest)

in the Pleasantville, Armonk, Chappaqua area I need someone who can (1) take care of (2) trim and or cut down and possibly (3) plant trees.

Obviously we are talking about more than one person but any and all suggestions are welcome.

I had a guy who did 1 and 2 but he left the area.

I use Mill River Tree Svc. Get the number off the interwebs. They are professional and reliable, though not the cheapest. For a tree threatening to fall on your house I'll go with professional every time. They're in Pound Ridge, not sure how far afield they venture, but worth a shot.

For plantings/care, I got a quote from Sav A Tree and they seemed to be very knowledgeable, but they were expensive so I didn't use them (or anyone yet).
