Depends on what you want to do. Westchester has lots of attractions, however due to the Hurricane/Tropical Sandy places like Playland are heavily damaged. My advice is check out the Westchester County Tourism office and order a brochure or browse their website:
Westchester County NY Tourism Keep posting replies, and I or somebody else will surely help you out. Kykuit, the Rockefeller Estate, is big for culture like classical music concerts. We have the Jacob Burns Film Center, which is nice to pair with say a meal and cafe experience. If you like to bicycle, you can bike the trail on the Bronx River Parkway in good weather. It's beautiful! Lyndhurst will reopen soon, and is a beautiful historic castle-like mansion. We have Van Cortlandt manor, the Westchester Broadway theater, The Hudson River Museum, Untermyer Gardens and much more in the Summer! Right now you can also visit Phillipsburg Manor with a group reservation as their season is over. go in the spring or summer, though! We go there (and Van Cortlandt Manor) as children in elementary school and it's always loads of fun! You should also check out Historic Hudson Valley.
