We are considering purchasing a house that backs up to Westchester Hills Golf Course in White Plains.
Does anyone know of any basement flooding in that area?

I found some pictures of flooded basements during Irene last year, near hotel rd. which was near the other golf course which is now closed.

I am especially concerned with this house as the golf course seems to slope towards the house.
