Can anyone recommend buyers agent that specializes in multifamily residencies in westchester? I am looking to buy an owner occupied 3 or 4 unit MFR for cash flow.
The RE needs to be familiar with this perspective and the relevant metrics and comps (both in purchasing and potential rental income). Ideally they would own one, so they would know exactly what i am looking for.
