Is the housing market in Greenburgh, NY pretty much similar to the rest of Westchester? I understand too that residential property taxes have been much higher than in White Plains due to the relative scarcity of business and that this may have deterred sales somewhat. But, in any case, are houses staying on the market for a while or are they moving?

Be more specific to location. Greenburgh has among the highest and lowest rated school districts in Westchester County.
