Trying to understand how to read tax data posted by Greenburgh assessors office. The image below shows taxable was 13,250 and then, I believe, how it's split across multiple things, but it doesn't comes out to 13,250... it also does not have the village taxes, could it be that the village taxes makes up the difference?

"Taxable" isn't the final tax amount, it's your property assessment, which is a percentage of its market value. For the property you posted, the assessed value is 13,250. The percentage of market value is set annually. I don't know what the 2012 percentage was, but in 2011 it was 2.63%. To get market value, divide assessed value (13,250) by 2.63% -- and you get $503,802.

In your chart, $9,005.50 was the total amount owed in 2012 (excluding village tax), based on the assessed value of 13,250.
