New construction at Dekalb Ave & Maple Ave (White Plains: rental, building)

Hi,
I am resident of White Plains NY. Other day I noticed a new construction happening at intersection of Maple Ave and Dekalb Ave. Looks like a big development.
Does anyone know whats coming up there?

Also are there plans to rebuild White Plains Pavillion mall?
