We recently moved to Nyack and we are looking for a soccer club for our 11 yr. old son. We signed him up in a recreation league in Clarkstown, however the skill level there is somewhat lower than what he is accustomed. He tried out for a travel club there, but I found it way too competitive, joyless, a winning at all costs sort of environment. So we are looking for a club that has licensed coaches, good skill level, but maintains the joy and fun of the game. Any suggestions from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated.
