I have a court date Wed morning for driving with a suspended license and crossing a divided highway. I have taken care of the original ticket that caused the suspension and my license has been reinstated. But I'm not sure what to do at Wed's court date....do I plead "guilty". This is my first ticket/offense, etc. Well, 2nd I guess if you count the first ticket for talking on cell phone. Any advise will greatly be appreciated.
Dont know if this helps but in all my experience with tickets, i have learned never to plead guilty to any tickets. Most of the time the DA will give you some kind of plea to reduce the ticket to a cheaper fine and less points. Hope this helps.
