Hi, I have looked at some co-op units in Oakdale Village, which seems to be the only complex in Suffern that's in fairly easy walking distance from the train. The units are nice. The purchase prices are very low, other places in Suffern are low too but not as low as this place. I wonder if the co-op financials are solid or maybe there are other issues or just lack of demand. Does anyone know anything about this place?
