Westchester mortgage broker recommendations? (Warsaw, Stamford: 2014, co-op, refinance)

Planning to refinance my mortgage in a few months. It would be a cash out refi, for a co-op.

I'd like to work with a broker rather than going directly to a bank, but would also like someone experienced in co-op loans (shouldn't be too difficult in lower Westchester lol).

I have a broker that I've used four or five times over the last 10 years, he's really creative and always gets me amazing deals (usually no closing costs and rates still the same as banks with high closing costs). I highly recommend- I'm a very cheap person and I'm a very busy person and he plays to both of those for me. Very fast, efficient process and the all-in cost is just fantastic.

I don't know if he's Westchester-based- office address is Stamford- but it doesn't really matter because you don't do anything in person except for the final signing, and they just send a notary to your house to do the final signing.
