Hi,

I currently commute between 6:30 and & 7 am via the GW from NJ to the Bronx or Upper Manhattan (depending on job). There's always a ton of traffic backed up at the GW causing a 15 minute drive to be 45-60 min. Is the morning commute any different from westchester via the saw mil or bronx river? does traffic back up at that time?

It could even be worse, as everyone's heading to Manhattan.
