The apartment complex looks interesting given proximity to the MNR and relatively short distance to GC. It's also one of the few developments in Southern Westchester that offers newer housing stock and convenience. However, I'm not sure what impact this would have in the schools of both Larchmont and Mamaroneck with regards to any potential increase in the student population. Have the residents of both neighborhoods raised any major objections? I could not find anything significant in the internet.

My guess is it will barely make a noticeable blip in the school population. Have you seen the listings? Two bedrooms 2 baths for 750 - 950k... When people move to westchester to raise a family they are usually looking for a single family with some space. The ones who can't afford that an turn to apartment living instead aren't buying 900k 2 bedroom apartments. This complex is clearly catering to the empty nester who wants to downsize, give up maintaining a house and stay in the neighborhood.

This seems to be a slow seller. Despite the high pricing, are there other reasons why this has not yet sold out? What is that big round structure next to the complex? What type of people have purchased there this far? Has it been the empty nesters the prior poster mentions or a more diverse group?

FYI - I have since learned that structure is some sort of sanitation facility. (Amazing how these complexes are always built in such undesirable locations!)

The building is butt ugly. Cannot believe the developer could not come up with something better in Larchmont. A total embarrassment.

Being walkable to the train station I think this would attract young commuters with a young child, in a good school district and with amenities. I have seen a lot of these luxury projects that were geared toward downsizers become popular instead with these types. It is also a much easier first step to the burbs than going right from Manhattan life to a SFH.
