My husband and I are a mature couple seeking a rental in the Croton/Peekskill area. We are moving to the area from Boston but need a temporary living situation while we look in the area. We will still have Boston for a primary residence at present, so we are looking for a small place for a base for our visits to the area. An in-law apt or something similar in someone's home would be the most ideal, as we wouldn't be there all the time.
