We are thinking about moving and buying house in Larchmont. We never lived in the house (always apartments) and wondering what our expenses would be if we own the house in this area. Besides obvious like mortgage and property taxes... would you please come up with the list of numbers? We have 2 kids, they will go to elementary school, no need for nanny. I'm only wondering about house/ownership/maintenance expenses. Thank you in advance!

Here are mine

Gas heat and electricity: between $300-400.
Cable: $180
Lawn guys $170
Water: $250 a quarter
