I am looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom in New Rochelle. It doesn't need to be a condo or a luxery apartment, just something simple for my kids and myself and a small dog.

Default looking for an apartment

I am looking for an apartment that is not that expensive but willing to pay $1000-$1100. A 3 or 4 bedroom doesn't have to be a condo or luxery apartment.

For the price will are willing to pay, honestly, you cannot even have a one bedroom apartment anywhere in Westchester. Maybe only section 8, in a very, very bad area. Though it will be pretty small and no more than 1 bedroom, as I said.

Newroc is absolutely right--it is next to impossible to find even a 2-bedroom in westchester for $1000-$1110. I have seen several 2-3 bedroom places in Greenwich/Stamford, CT for around $1300-$1600 (although even these are rare).

wow, $1k for a 3-4 bedroom is not happening, unless you're in a real bad area in Yonkers. My Dad pays $1500 for a small 2BR (the 2nd BR is TINY), in Mt. Kisco, and that is considered a really good deal.
